This amazing trip costs £19.00 .WHAT'S INCLUDED: This includes the well-organised trip with all of the logistics and route planned, 2-way transport, and some awesome hike buddies.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: We don't normally go inside buildings or attractions that charge an entry fee unless stated in the "Extra Activity Costs" section below.

Box Hill makes up part of the North Downs and has magnificent views across the surrounding countryside, and is the perfect place for a scenic walk in the Surrey Hills.It offers a mix of open woodland and chalk downland with a network of walking trails, and was where the London 2012 Olympic cycling race was held.
This 13.5km circular walk, with steep climbs and descents into deep valleys, passes some wonderful viewpoints.
HIGHLIGHTS:
– A beautiful and varied hike across Box Hill and the North Downs.– See Broadwood Folly, a circular mock gothic tower with magnificent Surrey Hills views.
– Tackle the Box Hill Stepping Stones and jump your way across the River Mole.
– Keep your eyes open for some of the 40 different types of butterflies here.
– Admire the spectacular views from Salomons Memorial over the town of Dorking.

DEPARTURE:
MEETING TIME: 09:00 . We'll leave the departure point after 5 mins so you must arrive well before then.MEETING LOCATION: Paperchase, London Bridge Station

ITINERARY:
# 9am, meet by the Paperchase store in London Bridge rail station. It’s near the ticket office.# 9.10am, we’ll leave the meeting point to board the train. You must arrive well before this time.
# 10.40am, we’ll arrive at Box Hill & Westhumble station and begin our hike.
# 12.20pm, we’ll have lunch on top of Box Hill, at the viewpoint overlooking the town of Dorking.
# 1pm, we’ll continue the hike.
# 4.55pm, we’ll get back to Box Hill & Westhumble station.
# 5.29pm, train departs.
# 7.02pm, we’ll arrive back at London Bridge rail station.
RETURN TO LONDON:
ARRIVAL TIME: 19:30ARRIVAL LOCATION: Same as departure location. Note that we have group tickets and you need to return with us to the departure location.

COVID-19 SAFETY:
– As an organised group we can currently run day trips and hikes with up to 30 people.– We are still required to follow Covid rules and restrictions laid down by the government, the NHS, the transport companies, and the places we visit. You are personally responsible so please stay aware of this.
– Please bring and wear a face mask where appropriate, maintain social distancing, and bring your own hand sanitiser gel and use this regularly throughout the day.
WHAT TO BRING:
– CLOTHING: It's always good to be prepared so we'd recommend always wearing footwear that is comfortable and supportive and suitable for walking/hiking on all terrain. The weather can change so bring some extra warm layers, a waterproof jacket, a hat and sunglasses, and it can be helpful to carry it in a light bag or rucksack.– FOOD & DRINK: Bring a large bottle of water, and for hikes you should bring a packed lunch as we may have lunch somewhere scenic and away from shops.
