This amazing trip costs £25.00 .WHAT'S INCLUDED: This includes the well-organised trip with all of the logistics and route planned, 2-way transport, and some awesome hike buddies.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: We don't normally go inside buildings or attractions that charge an entry fee unless stated in the "Extra Activity Costs" section below.

No extra activity costs.HIGHLIGHTS:
– Hike through the 1,000 acre Knole Park which is Kent’s last medieval-era deer park, with over 350 deer, and is where The Beatles filmed the Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields Forever videos.– Follow the sandstone ridge of the Greensand Way AONB through ancient woods, fruit orchards and hop farms, with superb views over the Weald to the south.
– Look around courtyards of the stunning Knole House, one of England’s largest houses with around 400 rooms.
– Smell the aroma of lavender as we walk through the purple lavender fields.
– Have lunch at Ightham Mote, a picture-perfect 14th-century timber-framed Grade 1 listed medieval moated manor house, on its own little island surrounded by water and beautiful gardens, and which is the National Trust’s biggest conservation project.

MEETING TIME: 08:35 . We'll leave the departure point after 5 mins so you must arrive well before then.MEETING LOCATION: Pret A Manger, opposite platform 12, Waterloo Station

ITINERARY:
# 8.35am – We’re meeting outside the Pret A Manger coffee shop opposite platform 12 in Waterloo Station. Click here for Google Map.# 8.40am – We’ll leave the meeting point to board the train. You must arrive well before this time.
# 9.50am – We’ll arrive and will begin our hike.
# 1.15pm – Lunch break at Ightham Mote. There is a National Trust cafe but the queue can be long so it’s best to bring a packed lunch with you.
# 2.15pm – We’ll continue the hike.
# 5.05pm – We’ll take the train back to London.
# 6pm – We’ll arrive back at Waterloo station in London.
RETURN TO LONDON:
ARRIVAL TIME: 18:00ARRIVAL LOCATION: Same as departure location. Note that we have group tickets and you need to return with us to the departure location.

COVID-19 SAFETY:
– As an organised group we can currently run day trips and hikes with up to 30 people.– We are still required to follow Covid rules and restrictions laid down by the government, the NHS, the transport companies, and the places we visit. You are personally responsible so please stay aware of this.
– Please bring and wear a face mask where appropriate, maintain social distancing, and bring your own hand sanitiser gel and use this regularly throughout the day.
WHAT TO BRING:
– CLOTHING: It's always good to be prepared so we'd recommend always wearing footwear that is comfortable and supportive and suitable for walking/hiking on all terrain. The weather can change so bring some extra warm layers, a waterproof jacket, a hat and sunglasses, and it can be helpful to carry it in a light bag or rucksack.– FOOD & DRINK: Bring a large bottle of water, and for hikes you should bring a packed lunch as we may have lunch somewhere scenic and away from shops.
